Weekends
- Open Play gives access to the playground only. Therapy suites are separate and bookable independently.
- Parental supervision is not mandatory. You are welcome to stay and watch or leave your child in the care of our trained staff.
- All bags and shoes must be placed in the cubbies at the front desk before entering the play area.
- Food, drinks, and gum are not permitted inside the playground. Please use the designated eating area.
- Please remove any sharp objects and accessories before entering the play space.
- Bullying, inappropriate language, and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated at Neuronest.
- A signed waiver is required before your first visit. Our team will walk you through this at the front desk.

Shoes Off, Socks On
Place all shoes in the designated area at the front. Grip socks keep the space clean and safe, bring your own or purchase a pair from us.
Socks are required for entry.No Food in the Play Area
To keep our space clean and allergy friendly, all food and drinks stay in the reception or break area. The play zones are food free, drink free, and gum free.

Play gently, share the space, and use caring words. Everyone has more fun when we take turns and treat one another with patience and respect.

Our Quiet Room is designed for rest, regulation, and deep breaths. Soft voices, slow movements, and calm bodies. Shoes, toys, and food stay outside.
A perfect place to reset.Equipment Stays Together
All toys and equipment are built for hands-on fun. Keep pieces together, and if anything feels loose, let our team know straight away.
Swings, Ninja Warrior Swing and Climbing
Hold on with both hands, take turns, and move with awareness. One rider at a time. Our team is always nearby to support safe play.
Care for the Space
Please tidy up after your session, let staff know about spills, and help us keep the environment fresh for every family who comes after you.
