Therapy suite at Neuronest
For Therapists

A space built for the work you do

Neuronest offers fully equipped therapy suites to independent practitioners working with neurodivergent children.

How it works

Neuronest is a combined play and therapy space, and the therapy component only works because of the independent practitioners who bring their expertise here. We provide the space, the environment, and the families. You bring the clinical skill.

Our therapy suites are available for rent to independent qualified practitioners. You work with your own clients, on your own schedule, at your own rates. We handle the facility so you can focus entirely on your work with the child.

Families come to Neuronest for play. When therapy is available in the same building, they do not have to choose. That makes your services more accessible and more likely to be used consistently.

Why Neuronest works for practitioners

Fully equipped rooms

Our therapy suites are set up and ready to use. You are not bringing everything yourself or working in a converted space.

Built-in client referrals

Families visiting for play are already engaged with their child's development. Many are actively looking for therapy support.

A sensory-aware environment

The building was designed around neurodivergent children. The sensory calibration, layout, and visual cues all support the work you do in session.

Professional community

You are working alongside other therapists and a lead special needs teacher. There is opportunity for cross-referral and peer connection.

Flexible scheduling

Rooms are available by the hour or as part of a regular booking arrangement. We work around your existing practice.

Impact beyond sessions

Children you see in therapy can continue their development through play in the same visit. Progress does not stop when the session ends.

Who we are looking to work with

We are building a network of practitioners across occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, play therapy, behavioural therapy, and child psychology. If you are a qualified, registered practitioner working with neurodivergent children in Nairobi, we would like to hear from you.

We are in contact with KAOT (Kenya Association of Occupational Therapists) and SLHAK (Speech and Language Hearing Association of Kenya) and welcome practitioners from both associations.

Our longer-term vision

We are building toward a model where Neuronest's play revenue helps cross-subsidise therapy access for families who cannot afford current market rates. Practitioners who are part of the Neuronest network will be central to that. We are not just offering a room to rent. We are building something together.
